Hey there, I’m Jenn Herman

Who the heck am I?
You may have seen me at a conference, heard me on a podcast, or a friend referred you to me.

Well, I'm known around the world for being an Instagram expert. For the last 10 years, I've helped thousands of businesses find success on Instagram.

Additionally, here's some fun facts about me:

  • I have a Bachelor's in Biology from the University of Victoria in BC, Canada
  • I have a Masters in Forensic Science from National University in San Diego, CA
  • I have worked in sales, retail, customer service, administration, and marketing most of my life
  • I’ve spoken on dozens of stages around the world, been on over 60 podcasts, and hosted over 100 live online training/webinars on all things Instagram
  • I co-authored FOUR Dummies books on Instagram - and working on a fifth!

But it's my science background that allows me to make Instagram make sense for others. I dive deep. I learn. I experiment. I test. I work with people around the world who get beta access to features to figure out how things work and what they impact. When an update rolls out, I can understand how that impacts reach, performance, and other features. Then, I share it with you.

I'm also a single mom, a busy entrepreneur and career woman. I'm balancing so many balls in the air, and I understand the struggles others have in this space.

  • How busy are the Zoom sessions? Will my questions actually get answered?
    Don't worry! Despite the size of the membership, we usually have relatively small, intimate live sessions. With a handful of others on the call, you'll get your questions answered AND be able to have fun learning from and about the others on the call.
  • What is my time commitment if I sign up?
    It's up to you! You can show up for every call (a total of less than 3 hours a month) or choose which one(s) to attend that make the most sense for you.
  • When are the sessions scheduled?
    We mix it up to accommodate schedules all around the world. One session might be Tuesday at 8 pm ET and the next one Thursday at 1 pm ET. We keep it flexible so you don't have to worry about never being able to join at a set time or day.
  • What if I join and it's just not for me?
    You can cancel anytime. There's no commitment to lock you in.
  • Will my rate increase?
    No! The price you get now is your lifetime rate as long as you stay in the membership.
